Hello lovelies and welcome to week 34 of #MaternityMondays! Thanks so much to you all for continuing to link up every week, and welcome to our lovely new linkers! I love our little community, celebrating the joys (and sharing the challenges) of pregnancy, life with babies and motherhood in general and lovely to see it grow too!
Last week was my turn and I really enjoyed reading all of your posts, we always get so much variety.
One of my favourites was a lovely post from All the Beautiful Things about her little boy growing out of an “I want Daddy” phase and letting her put him to bed again. Kids go through phases sometimes which can be painful for us parents so it is lovely when they grow out of them!
One of the more interesting baby phases is weaning and and I really enjoyed New Mummy Blog‘s post about BLW and her equations for how much to give baby in order for some of it to actually end up in their tummies! I can so relate to this!
I also really enjoyed reading about Mum Muddling Through‘s mini One Direction fan. So cute the attachments you can encourage and this little lady has a seriusly impressive knowledge about her favourite boy band!
I had a tricky week last week where everything felt a bit relentless with oour baby girl refusing to nap and our Threenager really pushing my buttons and it really got to me. Thankfully a lovely afternoon at the park with my best Mummy friends on friday really helped me feel better and some me-time mooching and shopping with a friend in Cambridge on Saturday afternoon has given me the break I needed so I am starting this week on a much better foot thankfully! I am linking up a little update of the little lady that is keeping me so busy at the moment, as LM is now 10 mths old (can you believe it??).
Now it is over to you! Please grab our badge and share the linky love by commenting on a few other blog posts, it would be lovely if we could grow a little community to share the highs and lows of motherhood and parenting.
The linky is open Mondays only from 6.30am to midnight.
Don’t forget – you enter the URL of your post in the top box, whatever you would like to call your post in the ‘Name’ box, and your email in the bottom box
