#MaternityMondays week 15

Welcome to week 14 of #MaternityMondays! Thanks so much to all you lovely bloggers who are continuing to link up very week, I am loving our little community, celebrating the joys (and sharing the challenges) of pregnancy, life with babies and motherhood in general. I am finding myself really excited each week now to see if we have any more babies being welcomed into the world! I know a lot of you are very close now!!

It was my turn to host last week and as always I loved reading all of the posts, but there was a few that stood out for me.

I found Adventures of a Novice Mum‘s post about shared parental leave really interesting and informative. There was a lot of information and I genuinely learned more about shared parental leave than I knew before. If you aregoing to have a baba soon it is well worth reading.

Also informative was Blopmamma’s guide to birth plans if you have mental health issues. Pregnancy can be an anxious time for us all let alone if you mental health issues already so I found this post to be really understanding and full of great advice.

I also really enjoyed Run Jump Scrap‘s post about breastfeeding and the way the message is delivered by healthcare professionals. It’s a subject I always find really interesting as I understand why the message is what it is, but I don’t believe it is delivered in the best way sometimes.

Things have been looking up a bit for us this week, LM is definitely on the mend and has been a much happier little girl, which is really lovely! Although she’s not poorly she is still teething so this week I am sharing what we have tried so far to ease her teething troubles!

Now it is over to you! Please grab our badge and share the linky love by commenting on a few other blog posts, it would be lovely if we could grow a little community to share the highs and lows of motherhood and parenting.

The linky is open Mondays only from 6.30am to midnight.

Don’t forget to tweet your link using #MaternityMondays, and if you tag us in we will retweet, we are @EmmaLander2 and @BecomingaSAHM

  1. Thanks so very much for featuring me as one of the posts that stood out to you! I shall include this on my ‘featured in’ page when i get it sorted (hopefully soon). Lovely that LM is feeling better and looking forward to your teething post. I’m linking this week with my reflections when my little man turned 11 months. Thanks for your lovely linky. #MaternityMondays
