This year is flying by and it is really not long til Christmas now, eek! Have you started buying presents yet? I have been quite organised and bought a lot of presents already. In January we started putting a bit of money away every month to budget for it, and it has been lovely this year to have a pot ready to use. No paying it off in January, woohoo!
Anyway I digress, Monkey is really excited about Christmas this year. He is loving all of the decorations in the shops and I know we are going to have so much fun with him! So I am really excited to see his excitement on Christmas day and while I am sure he will be happy with pretty much anything he gets, I think we have come up with some lovely idea for him. So if you are stuck for ideas of what to get a toddler in your life, here are some of the things on Monkey’s Christmas List this year! π

Super Scribbler
Monkey loves drawing at the moment and we are going throuhg a loooot of paper so I think this would be great, both at home but also on long car journies or on holiday. One of his friends has one so I know he’d love one.
Dinosaur Toy
Monkey is 2….. He likes Dinosaurs, enough said π
Robot Toy
Monkey has quite a thing about robots at the moment. He loves pretending to be a robot, with his robot arms and his robot voice, so I think he would love a robot toy. I love this Playtech one…. but it shoots discs from his mouth and I’m not sure I can handle that so instead “he” is asking for the other little dude :).
Peppa Pig Books
Monkey loves books and reading, and he also loves Peppa Pig so winning combination π The only Peppa book we have at the moment is a Peppa Nursery Rhymes book, and, well I would rather read a story than sing over and over ( I cannot sing, at all) Β so I think it would be good for both of us to have some Peppa stories to read!
Play-doh
Play-doh is always a winner in our house, such an easy activity where you can do as much as your imagination will allow and it keeps Monkey so entertained. Of course you can make it but I really don’t have the time at the moment and when you can buy it for less than Β£1 a pot it is easy and convenient to just buy some!
This is just a small selection of things, as with most toddlers, I am sure that Monkey will be happy with pretty much any toy he gets! For more ideas, Β please check out the links below.

Playdoh is always such a great stocking filler and like you said it is very reasonable! The robots would go down well in our house too I’m sure #tinseltuesdays
Fab Christmas list, looks very much like my 3 year old AND 5 year olds lists π
This is a great post. Our youngest is a similar age, she will be 2 years and 11 months. Oh and yes the dinosaur train gifts are in their too π what tot doesn’t love dinosaurs?? #TinselTuesday

Great choices! My two still get Play-doh and they’re 7 & 12…..lol Loads of fun x
